The Ashalon Invitationals is a private poker event celebrating the revival of The Ashalon and the remarkable role poker has played in London's Henry's journey. Now, The Ashalon is putting £500 Prize on the table and inviting 20 players to compete for it — completely free to apply.
But the poker isn't the only reason to come.
The London’s Henry Poker Chip Exchange, a Showcase of London’s Henry Poker chip Collection and his search for new poker chips for his collection. Bring your Poker chip along, leave on the table and Henry will decide what it is worth leaving money under your chip. Sell your poker chip at the event.

The Story
The story of London's Henry, poker and a second chance.
There was a time when The Ashalon was only an idea.
A name. A vision. A belief in building something around Freedom, Assets and Control. But ideas need more than ambition. They need capital. Henry McDonald — London's Henry — found himself having to rebuild The Ashalon from the ground up then came poker.
It started with a freeroll. Tuesday 18th February 2025, Aspers Stratford finishing 5th in Tuesday Tornado Free Roll.
No grand business strategy. No expectation that poker would become part of The Ashalon's story. Just a seat at a table and a willingness to play. Then came another tournament and another. London. Europe. Tournament tables. Cash games. Satellites. Wins. Losses. Near misses. Slowly, poker became something more than a game.
It became part of the revival story.
