The Ashalon Society

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Ashalon Society (“The Ashalon”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including membership, communications, events, and services. By engaging with The Ashalon, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of The Ashalon Society

The Ashalon operates as a private society and broker of services, facilitating access to information, events, assets, and third-party service providers.

The Ashalon is not a bank, not a custodian of capital (except as stated below), and not an investment advisory firm.

Membership does not constitute a partnership, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, or agency relationship.

2. Membership

Membership is granted at The Ashalon’s discretion and may be subject to eligibility criteria, engagement standards, or invitation.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse, suspend, or terminate membership

  • Modify membership tiers or benefits

  • Limit access to events or services

Membership benefits may change without guarantee of continuity.

3. Brokered & Third-Party Services

The Ashalon introduces members to third-party partners for certain services, including but not limited to:

  • Capital custody

  • Trading platforms

  • Banking and financial infrastructure

  • Digital asset services

All capital custody, account management, execution, and regulatory responsibility rest solely with the relevant third-party provider.

The Ashalon does not hold client funds, execute trades, or provide regulated financial services unless explicitly stated.

4. Asset Responsibility (Gemstones & Numismatics)

The Ashalon is directly responsible only for gemstones and numismatic assets supplied, arranged, or brokered by us.

Our responsibility is limited to:

  • Authenticity as represented at the point of supply

  • Fulfilment as described

Valuations, appreciation, resale value, and future market performance are not guaranteed.

5. Trading Signals & Market Visibility

Any trading signals, market commentary, or platform visibility provided by The Ashalon are:

  • For informational and visibility purposes only

  • Not investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation

  • Not tailored to individual circumstances

Members are solely responsible for their own trading decisions and outcomes. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

6. Events & Dockets

Attendance at events is subject to availability, conduct standards, and eligibility.

The Ashalon reserves the right to:

  • Modify event locations, timing, or access

  • Revoke invitations or attendance rights

  • Enforce private conduct rules

Event details may be confidential and must not be disclosed without permission.

7. Member Conduct

Members are expected to conduct themselves with discretion, respect, and integrity.

The Ashalon may suspend or terminate membership for:

  • Misrepresentation

  • Breach of confidentiality

  • Disruptive or unethical conduct

  • Misuse of society access

No refunds are guaranteed following termination.

8. No Guarantees

The Ashalon makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Financial outcomes

  • Asset appreciation

  • Access continuity

  • Event availability

  • Partner performance

Participation involves inherent risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Ashalon shall not be liable for:

  • Losses arising from third-party services

  • Trading losses or market movements

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Member decisions made using provided information

Our total liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the fees paid directly to The Ashalon in the preceding 12 months.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, written materials, and communications remain the intellectual property of The Ashalon.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

11. Privacy & Data

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of The Ashalon constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
